Alagoss was a soldier, loyal to Fingolfin’s House and also friend of his younger son, Arakáno. He was in the battle where Arakáno died, and he was unable to do anything to save him. He stayed in Hithlum, where he learned about healing. He marched with Fingon to the Battle of Unnumbered Tears. He never sailed back to Aman.

He is quite relaxed when he is not on duty. He is very serious about his job and likes teaching others. He likes reading and writing, and also horse-racing. He has never visited Imladris before. He knows the sons of Fëanor, though only Caranthir was his friend. He knows Fingon, and he saw Glorfindel in the host of Fingolfin. He knows who Daeron is, and he has seen Thranduil from afar, but mostly lived in the East.

Alagoss has a secret he would not tell anyone.
